Known as a bridge builder, Minya excels at cultivating authentic relationships and building trust across diverse groups. She has successfully partnered with institutions across the nonprofit, for-profit, and educational sectors to create stronger cultures.

With extensive experience in leadership roles across operations, strategy, and other functional areas, Minya is exceptional at bringing ideas from conception into action. Previously, she served as the Assistant Dean and Managing Director of Student Experience Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where she leveraged her expertise to create transformative student experiences. Minya holds a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and has served on various boards focused on equity, social justice, and economic development.
